Subject: Chardesc: Phoebe Epimetheus


Here's a quick rundown/character description for Phoebe, Enigma's current
administrative assistant:

Name: Phoebe Epimetheus

Description: Phoebe is a short woman, about 5'2, with short, very black hair.
She is thin, but not in an eating disorder kind of way. She appears to be in
her early twenties. Phoebe usually dresses casually, having cleared it with
Warp. Jeans, t-shirts, etc. Her eyes are her most striking feature, having
very dark black pupils.

Character: Phoebe is unnaturally efficient. She seems almost precognitive in
terms of anticipating people's needs and meeting them. (No, not like that,
Rog!) She is always nearby when needed, and never seems put out helping
people. She's still young, and so has an element of being in awe of the
members of Enigma and other superheroes. She's heterosexual, but not
interested in Rog. She's something of an expert on superhero history, too, so
feel free to use her to introduce any backstory or trivia.

Secrets: Phoebe is from the Saturnian moon, Titan. (Titan is the home to a
race of Saturnians which inculdes the Templar heroes Titan and Darkstar.)
However, she keeps this secret from pretty much everyone. (Warp knows, but no
one else in Enigma.) She has no interest in being a superhero herself.

Powers: Yes, she has some, but I'm not telling what they are. Don't indicate
what they might be in any way.

Other than the above, Phoebe is an NPC, so feel free to use her however you
want, get her mixed up in things, involved with characters, whatever. Phoebe's
a good foil for any Enigma dialogue, as she's well versed in pretty much
everything.
